Produce Skilled Workers

My boss put me in charge of finding a new way to train our maintenance employees since our previous methods didn’t seem to work very well. Since a new group or workers had been hired recently and they would soon be here to begin work I knew I needed to seriously look into finding a very detailed maintenance training program. I did a lot of online searching and finally found a company that had training programs that are available online or on DVD. They will even provide manuals, schematics and operating instructions for machinery and basically everything that could possibly be needed to produce skilled workers.
