I Never Thought I’d End Up as a Single Parent

I never thought I would end up as a single parent. I have always believed that marriage should be forever, but apparently my husband didn’t feel the same way. The day that he asked me for a divorce was the worst day of my life. Now I have to take care of three children all by myself, and it is harder than I even imagined it would be. There are many times when I can’t give them things I would like to, because I simply don’t have enough money to go around. Thank goodness, though, that I found some free guitar lessons for my children. At least they won’t have to miss out on the joy of playing an instrument.
