Why I would consider for gift baskets

On Thursday afternoon I was talking to my Time Warner representative regarding my cable box. The reason I was calling was there my HD recorder didn’t seem to be working correctly and it was really bothering me  Whether I pushed the buttons manually or through the remote control it seems as though I couldn’t record what I wanted to record. Eventually I reached someone that was able to talk me through the whole process with no-nonsense. I couldn’t believe how concise this person was in their instructions and how things worked out. This is one of the few people I would consider sending some gift baskets to because of their exemplary customer service. That person is the only reason I kept cable company I did.
