There are so many different exercise videos, exercise shows, and exercise ebooks that I am having trouble figuring out what I should do in order to get in better shape. I want to get more toned, and to get my heart in better shape so that I don’t get tired out so quickly when I try to run someplace. I could also lose a bit of weight, though that isn’t my main objective. Can anyone tell me which women exercise programs work the best? I want something that won’t get boring right away, so it would be nice if I didn’t end up doing the same workout each time.
