Biking and staying in shape is easier said than done, especially when the temperature is extremely hot or extremely cold. It’s not quite as fun or comfortable to be burning fat in extreme conditions, but if you really want to stick to a regime it has to be done. Maybe though, in the extremity weather, you could just stay inside and use your total gym or you can continue to do your workout outside if you’re a real team player. Although if you do go that route, make sure to drink plenty of water on those hot days, and wear plenty of layers on the cold ones.
