I have never been one to indulge in breakfast, the appeal of getting an extra ten or fifteen minutes in my bed has always been much more alluring than a bowl of cereal. Despite the fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day my stance has never been tempted to change until I took up a diet to change my metabolism which involved having to eat several metabolism foods throughout the day. The dietician that introduced me to this explained the benefits of eating a breakfast jam packed with these metabolism boosters such as milk, wholegrain cereal and oatmeal which admittedly are all things I like so every cloud has a silver lining.
