Isometric Ball Hold Exercise for Thighs

One of my favorite Exercises For thighs is an isometric one.  I use a twelve inch exercise ball, place it between my thighs, and then press them together and hold. The great thing about this, is you can do it just about anywhere!  I do it while doing the dishes, I do it while watching TV.  I even do it while sitting at my computer!  My son, the athlete, thinks it is hysterical.  He will hold the ball for a few seconds and laugh at me.  Try it though, and not just for a few seconds, hold the ball as tightly as you can for a minute or so, it will work!
