My husband told me today that there are a few things that his company is going to need before they start their next job. He said that he is going to look into purchasing more lifting tools and equipment. He has hired some new workers, he is going to make sure that they are trained on everything. Proper training is the most important thing for a construction worker. If the worker has not been trained correctly he will not be safe. It is as simple as that. My husband has a very good safety record and he plans to keep it that way.
