Cary Grant Did Not Attend Performing Arts Colleges

Take a poll and you will find that many people think Cary Grant is one of the greatest actors that Hollywood has ever seen. He was born in January of 1904 in the United Kingdom. Cary Grant is not really his really name. His birth name was Archibald Alexander Leach. Known for being tall, handsome and charismatic, it is  no wonder everyone during that era wanted to be like him.  He dropped out from school at the age of fourteen, not to go to a Performing Arts Colleges, but to join Bob Pender’s troupe of comedians.  The only way he got in was lying about his age and forging the signature of his father on the letter he had to submit to join the troupe.
